Dianne Swaffard

These techniques help relieve tension in those STUCK places in our body which keep our bodies from moving well ( i.e., shoulder blades and/or pelvis’s that don’t move when someone is walking). By gently exploring and supporting preferred patterns of movement for stillness, the client is invited to actively participate and recognize their patterns.
